Most ERP vendors will not publish a number. Here are ours, along with the six things that move them. You will still get a fixed quote after discovery — but you should not have to sit through a sales call just to learn the order of magnitude.

How much does SyvaSoft ERP cost?

Six things that move an ERP quote

If a vendor quotes you without asking about these, the number is not real.

Number of users

Open-source platforms carry no per-seat licence, so user count affects training and support effort rather than software cost. This is the single biggest difference from SAP or Microsoft Dynamics pricing.

Modules in scope

Finance and inventory alone is a much shorter project than finance, inventory, production, subcontracting, payroll and CRM together. Phasing modules is usually cheaper than a big-bang rollout.

Data migration depth

Masters and opening balances are routine. Three years of transactional history that has to reconcile to the rupee is a project in itself.

Hardware integration

Weighbridges, beltscales, ANPR cameras and batching plants each need a driver, testing on site and a fallback path for when the device is offline.

Customisation vs configuration

Configuration is included. Genuine code extensions are quoted separately and built to survive platform upgrades rather than as patches.

Deployment model

Cloud hosting is an ongoing monthly cost. On-premise shifts that to your own hardware and a smaller managed-services fee.

How much does SyvaSoft ERP cost?

Are there ongoing licence fees?

No per-user licence fee. Ongoing costs are cloud hosting if you choose it, and a support retainer sized to your ticket volume. Both are optional if you host on-premise and support the system internally.

Why is open-source ERP cheaper than SAP or Microsoft Dynamics?

Proprietary ERP charges an annual fee per named user, which scales with headcount whether or not those users log in. iDempiere, ADempiere and ERPNext have no such fee, so a 60-user deployment costs the same in software terms as a 10-user one. The saving compounds every year the system runs.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

Yes, per phase, once scope is agreed in discovery. Open-ended time-and-materials on ERP tends to end badly for the client, so we quote a fixed price for each phase and price change requests separately and transparently.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payments are milestone-based and tied to deliverables you can inspect. Cheque and bank transfer via NEFT or RTGS are both accepted.
