Does SyvaSoft hire freshers?

Yes. Entry-level engineers and functional trainees are hired regularly and put through a structured onboarding on iDempiere and ERPNext before joining a delivery team. Prior ERP experience is not required for these roles.

Where are the roles based?

Most positions are based at the Madurai headquarters in Tamil Nadu. Some consulting and support roles involve travel to client sites across India, and occasionally to the Middle East and Singapore.

What technologies will I work with?

Primarily Java and PostgreSQL on the iDempiere and ADempiere side, Python and MariaDB for ERPNext, and modern JavaScript for front-end and mobile work. Integration work touches Tally, weighbridge controllers, GPS and ANPR hardware.
