What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve configuration, report and data issues raised by client users
- Support clients through month-end and statutory filing periods
- Apply platform patches and assist with planned version upgrades
- Verify backups and run periodic restore tests
- Document recurring issues and feed them into the improvement backlog
What we are looking for
- SQL competence sufficient to investigate data issues independently
- Basic Linux administration
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Patience and clear communication with non-technical users under pressure
Nice to have
- Any prior ERP support experience
- Python or Java reading ability
- Tamil language ability
