When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the details of your requirement. Server logs record standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to your request and, if we work together, to deliver the contracted service. Technical logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add enquirers to a newsletter list without an explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while there is an active commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may request deletion at any time.
Client data during projects
Data you share during discovery, migration or support — including operational and financial records — is treated as confidential. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, and we recommend doing so before detailed process discussions.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
