Scope

These terms cover use of this website and set out the general basis on which SyvaSoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd provides software and services. Any specific engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Website content

Information on this site is provided for general guidance. Pricing figures are indicative planning ranges, not quotations. A binding quotation follows a discovery phase and is issued in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and materials are the property of SyvaSoft unless stated otherwise. Custom software developed under a client engagement is governed by the intellectual property terms of that engagement — our standard position is that the client owns the custom code we write for them.

Open source components

Our work builds on open-source platforms including iDempiere, ADempiere and ERPNext. Those components remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify in the engagement documentation.

Service delivery

Engagements are delivered in phases with defined deliverables. Change requests are scoped and priced in writing before approval. Timelines assume agreed client responsibilities — data provision, access to staff for discovery and testing, and timely sign-off — are met.

Limitation of liability

Liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
