Quarry360 is an AI-powered ERP for quarries and stone crusher plants. AI sensors, automated boom barriers and number-plate recognition control every vehicle movement, while weighbridge, beltscale, GPS and fuel data write directly into the accounting ledger. It runs online and offline, so remote pits keep weighing and dispatching when connectivity drops.
How it works
Every step writes into the same record, so operations and finance never diverge.
Capabilities
The functionality operators use daily, not a feature checklist for a brochure.
AI sensors detect vehicle entry and exit and drive an automatic boom barrier. Number-plate recognition matches every vehicle against its authorised dispatch before the barrier lifts.
Gross, tare and net captured straight from the indicator. Barcode support, SMS notification to the customer, and printed slips that cannot be edited after the fact.
Real-time view of quarry and crusher plant activity — machines running, production rates and vehicle positions across the site, around the clock.
Live vehicle tracking with route history, plus fuel sensor data reconciled against distance and load so consumption is costed per trip rather than absorbed.
A dashboard app for owners and managers, a wheel loader app for yard operators, and a security guard app for gate checks — all working offline when the link drops.
Preventive maintenance schedules, diesel issue against vehicle, and tyre lifecycle from fitment to disposal with cost-per-kilometre reporting.
Modules
Turn on what you need now and add the rest as you grow.
Gross/tare capture, slip printing, SMS alerts and barcode support.
Vehicle detection, number-plate recognition and automated gate control.
Shift-wise output, boulder consumption and conversion ratio tracking.
Blast-to-stockpile tracking with grade-wise output and permit consumption.
Rate contracts, GST invoicing, e-way bills and customer outstanding.
Boulder, aggregate grades, M-sand, spare parts and consumables.
Issue against vehicle or machine, reconciled with distance and running hours.
Fitment, rotation, retreading and disposal with cost per kilometre.
Preventive schedules, breakdown history, loan and insurance tracking.
Labour and per-tonne production contracts validated against measured output.
Biometric and face recognition capture, shift-wise, across sites.
Salary processing, wage sheets and advance recovery.
Costing, P&L, forecasting and full accounting reports.
Enquiries, quotations and customer follow-up in the same system.
A standard ERP treats stock as countable units. A quarry does not work that way. A boulder becomes several grades of aggregate in a single crushing pass, moisture changes weight between the pit and the scale, and the same vehicle might do six trips before anyone reconciles a slip book. By the time month-end arrives, nobody can say with confidence how much material left the site.
Quarry360 was built around that reality. Material is tracked by weight through conversion, not by unit count. Every dispatch is anchored to a weighbridge reading, and every reading is anchored to a vehicle, a driver, a customer and a rate.
Most quarry software records what someone types in. Quarry360 records what actually happened at the gate. AI sensors detect a vehicle arriving and leaving, the camera reads the number plate, and the boom barrier only lifts when the load matches an authorised dispatch.
That single change closes the gap that policies never quite close: a vehicle cannot leave with material that was never recorded, and a plate cannot be swapped between the weighbridge and the exit.
Beltscale integration means crusher output is measured continuously rather than estimated from sales. Supervisors see, on the same screen, the boulder fed in and the graded aggregate produced. When conversion ratios drift, it shows up the same shift rather than in a quarterly review.
Live plant monitoring extends the same idea to the whole site: which machines are running, what fuel they have consumed, and which vehicles are where.
Because operational capture is automatic, the finance module is working from complete data. Sales, purchases, job work, salary and advances all post from the same records the yard is already creating. Tally integration means the statutory books stay where your accountant wants them while operations move onto the ERP.
Integrations
Serial or TCP connection to most Indian weighbridge controllers.
Continuous crusher output measurement fed straight into production records.
Vehicle detection and automated gate control tied to authorised dispatch.
Number-plate recognition at the gate with camera footage linked to the load.
Vehicle identification at entry using existing FasTag infrastructure.
Live tracking, route history and tank-level data per vehicle.
Two-way sync so statutory books stay where your accountant works.
Dispatch and invoice alerts sent to customers automatically.
