Do you work with an ERP we already own?
Yes. A large share of engagements are on systems someone else installed — extending an existing iDempiere or ERPNext instance, fixing a stalled implementation, or building integrations and reports the original vendor did not deliver.
How do you price ERP consulting work?
Discovery is quoted as a fixed fee. Implementation is usually fixed-price per phase once scope is agreed, because open-ended time-and-materials on ERP tends to end badly for the client. Ongoing support runs on a monthly retainer sized to your ticket volume.
Can you migrate us off Tally or spreadsheets?
Yes, and it is one of the most common starting points. Masters, opening balances and history are migrated and reconciled against your existing books. Tally can also stay connected two-way, so the finance team keeps filing from a familiar system while operations move to the ERP.
Do you provide on-site support in India?
Yes. SyvaSoft is headquartered in Madurai with delivery across Tamil Nadu and India, plus engagements in the Middle East and Singapore. Go-live support is typically on-site; ongoing support is remote with site visits as needed.
What happens if our requirements change mid-project?
Change requests are scoped and priced separately rather than absorbed silently into the timeline. You see the cost and schedule impact before approving, which keeps the original phase honest.
