ERP support and managed services cover day-to-day issue resolution, user assistance, period-close support, platform upgrades, backups and continuous improvement of a live ERP system. SyvaSoft staffs support with the same consultants who implemented the configuration, so context does not have to be re-explained on every ticket.
Capabilities
Specific work, not a list of buzzwords. Each of these is something we have shipped.
Tickets go to the people who know your configuration, reachable by phone, email or WhatsApp. There is no first-line layer whose only function is to forward the message.
Response and resolution targets agreed by severity, with a monthly report showing what was met and what was missed. A billing stoppage is not treated like a report layout request.
Extra hands booked around month-end, quarter-end and GST filing windows, because ticket volume in ERP follows the financial calendar rather than an average working day.
Planned iDempiere and ERPNext upgrades rehearsed on a clone, with your customisations and integrations retested before production moves. Included in the retainer, not sold as a later surprise.
PostgreSQL and MariaDB dumps verified on a schedule and actually restored into a scratch instance periodically, because a backup nobody has restored is only a hopeful assumption.
Disk, memory, JVM heap, slow query logs, index health and integration queue depth watched continuously, so a system slowing down is raised by us rather than reported by your users.
Why SyvaSoft
When a GST figure looks wrong the answer lives in your tax templates and item classifications. Generic IT support cannot resolve that; the consultant who configured it can.
Undocumented ERP is the norm rather than the exception. Our assessment documents the configuration, customisations and integrations first, and it is useful to you whoever ends up supporting the system.
Skipped versions compound. Keeping iDempiere or ERPNext current is part of the monthly fee, which removes the argument that defers an upgrade until it becomes a project.
Documentation is maintained and custom code is source you already own. Moving support in-house or to another partner is knowledge transfer, not a re-implementation.

What you get
Concrete outputs you can review and sign off, not vague consulting hours.
The people who built your configuration handle your tickets. No first-line filter that only forwards.
Response and resolution targets by severity, agreed up front and reported against monthly.
Extra capacity scheduled around month-end, quarter-end and statutory filing windows.
Planned version upgrades with regression testing, included in the retainer rather than sold separately.
Verified backups with periodic restore tests, because an untested backup is not a backup.
A structured look at what changed in the business and what the system should do differently.
Generic IT support cannot help with ERP. When a user says the GST report is showing the wrong figure, the answer depends on how tax templates were configured, which item classifications were used, and what the previous consultant changed eighteen months ago. Somebody who has never seen your configuration cannot resolve that, and will escalate it back to someone who has.
Our support is staffed by the consultants who built your system. There is no first-line filter whose main function is to take your ticket and pass it on.
Day-to-day user issues, configuration changes within the agreed scope, new report requests, period-close assistance, platform patching and upgrades, backup verification and restore testing, and performance monitoring.
Ticket volume in ERP is not uniform. It spikes at month-end, quarter-end and during statutory filing windows. Support capacity is planned around those peaks rather than averaged, which is why closing periods does not turn into a queue.
Skipped versions compound. A system three major versions behind is significantly more expensive and riskier to upgrade than one that is current. Upgrade planning is built into the retainer rather than sold as a surprise project later.
Configuration documentation is maintained and handed to you. If you decide to bring support in-house or change provider, the system does not resist it.
Engagement
Review of the current configuration, customisations, integrations and infrastructure, with documentation produced where it is missing.
Severity definitions, response and resolution targets, included versus chargeable work, and escalation contacts.
Knowledge transfer from your previous provider or internal team, access setup and monitoring in place.
Ticket handling, configuration changes, period-close support, patching and monitoring against the agreed SLA.
SLA performance, recurring issue analysis, upgrade planning and a prioritised improvement backlog.
