Retail ERP is a single system covering point of sale, multi-store inventory, purchasing, pricing and promotions, customer loyalty and GST-compliant accounting. SyvaSoft Trading ERP keeps stock accurate across every outlet in real time and generates e-invoices and returns directly from sales data.
How it works
Every step writes into the same record, so operations and finance never diverge.
Capabilities
The functionality operators use daily, not a feature checklist for a brochure.
Fast till operation with barcode scanning, multiple tender types, offline mode and direct posting into the ERP ledger.
Live stock across every outlet and warehouse, with inter-store transfer requests and in-transit visibility.
Batch-wise stock with expiry alerts and blocked sale of expired goods — essential for food, pharmacy and cosmetics.
Store-group pricing, time-bound offers, bundle deals and discount authority limits enforced at the till.
IRN generation from the sales transaction, with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data produced from the same ledger.
Points, tiers and targeted offers driven by actual purchase history rather than a separate loyalty silo.
Modules
Turn on what you need now and add the rest as you grow.
Till operation, tender handling, returns, offline mode and shift closing.
Multi-location stock, batch and expiry, serial numbers, stock take and adjustments.
Reorder automation, purchase orders, GRN, vendor rate and performance tracking.
Price lists by store group, scheme management and discount control.
Customer records, points, tiers, campaign targeting and redemption.
Sales and purchase ledgers, e-invoicing, GST returns and reconciliation.
Sell-through, dead stock, margin by category, store and staff performance.
Stock and order synchronisation with online storefronts and marketplaces.
One shop can be run on a cash register and a stock book. The moment there is a second outlet, three problems appear at once: stock is invisible across locations, pricing and promotions drift apart, and the daily sales reconciliation becomes a full-time job.
Retail ERP solves these by making the point of sale a front end to the same database that runs purchasing and accounting. A sale in one store immediately affects group stock. A price change pushes to every till. The day's takings post to the ledger without anyone re-entering them.
Barcode scanning at goods receipt and at the till keeps book stock aligned with physical stock. Batch and expiry tracking matters for food, pharmacy and cosmetics — the system prevents sale of expired batches and reports what is approaching expiry while it can still be moved.
Reorder levels are set per item per store based on real sales velocity rather than a single group-wide number. Purchase orders can be raised automatically against those levels, and vendor performance on rate, fill rate and lead time is tracked over time.
GST e-invoicing generates the IRN from the sales transaction directly. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data comes out of the same ledger. Because nothing is re-typed, the mismatch penalties that come from parallel invoice registers do not arise.
Integrations
Standard USB and network devices at goods receipt and till.
IRN generation and QR code printing on invoices.
Card and UPI terminals reconciled against till tenders.
Stock and order sync with online storefronts and marketplaces.
Two-way sync for statutory books.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on users, modules and integration scope. These are the starting shapes.
One outlet moving off a standalone billing package

Multi-outlet retailers with a central warehouse

Proof
We moved eleven outlets onto one system. The thing I did not expect was how much time the finance team got back — nobody re-enters yesterday sales any more, so the morning starts with actual work.
