Own business design and configuration on ERPNext rollouts, from discovery through UAT and go-live, for clients across retail, distribution and manufacturing.

What you will do
- Run discovery workshops on client sites and produce written scope and gap analysis
- Design chart of accounts, item and warehouse structure, naming series and workflows
- Configure ERPNext and set up GST e-invoicing, e-way bills and TDS
- Write scenario-based test scripts and run UAT with the client team
- Deliver role-based training and post-go-live handover
What we are looking for
- Hands-on ERPNext configuration experience across at least two full implementations
- Solid grounding in accounting and Indian GST
- Ability to push back constructively on unnecessary customisation requests
- Clear written English for scope and design documents
Nice to have
- Frappe framework familiarity
- Manufacturing or multi-warehouse rollout experience
- Tamil language ability for site work
